Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council was established to assist the pastor in his leadership role of planning, organizing, initiating, promoting, coordinating and reviewing the evangelization, worship, religious education and service activities within the parish (Eight Synod Archdiocese of Boston – Parish Pastoral Councils, III.B.1.). Council members are nominated by the parish community or appointed by the pastor for three-year terms. The Parish Pastoral Council meets once a month from September to June.

Parish Finance Council
The Parish Finance Council was established to aid the pastor in the administration of parish goods (Eight Synod Archdiocese of Boston – Parish Pastoral Councils, III.A. 1.c.). Council members are appointed by the pastor for a 3-year term. The Parish Finance Council meets once a month from September to June.
Parish School Board
The Parish School Board aids the Pastor and Principal in such things as planning, developing and implementing local school policies, finances, public relations and marketing. The Pastor and Principal determine if members are to be selected, appointed or a combination of both (Archdiocesan Guidelines for Parish School Board, Introduction & II., VI.). Members serve a three-year term and meeting are held once a month from September to June.
